Romeo and Juliet Couture Holiday Style Guide

This Holiday Season I am sharing some amazing looks from one of my favorite fashion brands the NYC based Romeo and Juliet Couture! Check out how I styled these winter essential pieces below for all your holiday glam inspo!

1. NYE Sparkle

I love this black dress because New Years Eve is all about sparkle! I styled it with these metallic black and silver stockings and these Kollectin Jewels! I went for a kind of retro glam look inspired by Marilyn Monroe since I was in Vegas! The diamonds in the background at the Cosmopolitan Chandelier bar really bring out the sparkle in this dress making it perfect for going out! It is slim fitting so it is great for a party dress but still classy and comfortable to wear!

2.Classy Christmas Red

I am obsessed with this red lace dress because it is so versatile! It is of course perfect for the holiday season because it has this beautiful dark red color and can be worn to any holiday party at the office or among friends! However I feel like it could work for so many other things too! It is well fitted but not low cut so it would make a great work dress if you are really looking to dress up for the office. It could also be a great date night dress for Valentine's Day because it has the classic sweetheart neckline and all this beautiful lace detailing. This is a winter staple item you must have in your closet!

3. Glamour Girl

This jumpsuit is the cutest thing and actually really comfortable too! It is made out of soft and warm material perfect for the winter months. Plus it has this fun cutout and cute bow giving it a girly look. I styled it with my white fur coat and Juicy Couture chunky ankle boots for a fun and over the top fashion look. It was perfect for Vegas and made me feel very chic all night long!

4. The Pink Lady Look

I LOVE this pink metallic jacket! I feel like I'm going to be wearing it on repeat all winter long because it goes with so many things! I styled it with my black jeans and this sparkly Express tank top plus these matching pink metallic Guess heels for a very retro and daring style. I was inspired by the classic black leather look Sandy wore in Grease the movie so I went with a bold lip and curled my hair as well. It was so fun to walk around Vegas in this outfit and I got tons of compliments!

Romeo and Juliet Couture Presents a Fresh Runway Show with Directives West

Check out these fresh spring looks from NYC based fashion label Romeo and Juliet couture. Their fashion show was full of trendy styles while still keeping true to their brand with girly details and feminine silhouettes. My favorite look is this floral skirt and ruffle top which can be worn as a street style outfit or dressed up for a professional spring office outfit. I am also loving the leopard print faux fur on this jacket since animal prints are definitely in this season. The graphic designs in the last look are so in and perfect for making a statement. Can't wait to see what's next from this brand!

From Dusk till Dawn: Romeo and Juliet Couture Coachella Afterparty

On Saturday night, after a historical performance from Beyonce at Coachella music festival music and fashion lovers kept the good vibes going at an exclusive after party in the desert hosted by Romeo and Juliet Couture. I headed out to the party to check out the celebrity DJs, fun party vibes, and festival fashions. The party kicked off with music by DJs Kyroman and EC Twins and as guests arrived they enjoyed exploring the eclectic outdoor venue. First, I grabbed some food from the delicious cafe serving tasty protein bowls.
Then I headed over to the Style artist lounge for photo ops. A Prince tribute poster hung on the wall as a reminder of the famous singer's Coachella appearances over the years. I, of course had to take my picture with it since Prince was one of my favorite artists before he passed in 2016. #legendsneverdie

The crew for TV star Paul Fisher's show "I Can Make You A Model" was filming their 72 hour Coachella challenge special edition. The contest was held in conjunction with Romeo and Juliet Couture and the winning model will receive the chance to be the new face of the brand. Fashionable festival goers snapped selfies of their best looks all night hoping to win the I am Juliet challenge.

There were plenty of amazing looks and no shortage of fun photo ops at the event. Check out my look for the night below!

I wore this Free People sequin dress and ended up blending in with these pink flamingos! I love the bright pink sparkles and the fact that this dress has yellow sparkles that you can reveal for a fun edgy look too! I paired it with these fun fringe heels and my Kate Spade clutch. I finished off the look with this festival themed jewelry from Kollectin. The necklace has crystal charms, an arrow, and several layers that went perfectly with my look.

Fashion Week Los Angeles Opening Day

Today was the first day of FWLA a fashion event for industry insiders held in downtown LA at Union Station one of the most popular venues for Fashion shows in Los Angeles. We got treated to several great collections on the runway as well as two panels. First we heard from the panel on buying with several interesting business people form all sides of the fashion industry.

We heard from Matthew James Boelk of Groceries apparel which is a 100% recycled and organic clothing factory in Los Angeles. We also heard from Charmian of DZNR chic boutique a company based in Los Angeles that helps start up fashion designers. They all agreed on one thing that Los Angeles is the place to be for anyone interested in the fashion industry. Los Angeles is on the rise as the next big place for the fashion industry so watch out New York!

The show opened with the Cynthia Rowley Sportswear and activewear line which was the most anticipated show of the day. Read about my behind the scenes interview with the womenswear designer Jessica here.

Next we saw local designers Saltwater Luxe. A fun flirty California lifestyle brand with fun floral prints and flowy dresses. I spoke with the two designers behind the brand Kristy and Christa.

Their line is based out of Long Beach and they design clothes that can be worn to a day at the beach and then out to dinner embracing the California lifestyle.

We also got to see Ro and De Noir the new collection by well known brand Ro and De. The designers wanted something minimalist and stylish and so they premiered their new Noir line for the first time at FWLA.

They also handed out free gift bags and I am enjoying my cute new crop top from the brand.

We also heard form the FWLA panel on the beauty industry called FACE IT where panelists discussed sustainability in the beauty industry. Lauren, founder of Plume cosmetics an all natural eyelash serum and Steve Nunez of the social cut a men's beauty blog as well as Tamara host of beauty on wheels all shared their knowledge on the upcoming trends in the industry.

They believe there will continue to be more natural and environmentally friendly products hitting the shelves.

The show closed with Los Angeles based brand Romeo and Juliet which is sold in stores such as Saks Fifth avenue. Read about the collection and my exclusive interview with CEO David Shamouelien here.

The evening runway show included menswear collections from Royal Majesty clothing a grunge collection that included menswear and womenswear and Robins Jeans.
