My New Skincare Routine: How to Take Care of your Skin Using Cruelty Free and Natural Products



Skincare is so important and using the right products can really make a difference in your beauty routine as well! A great makeup routine starts with great skin and that is why I am loving the new line of Boscia skincare products. I discovered this cruelty free all natural brand at Beautycon LA this year and have been loving their line of cleansers, moisturizers, face masks, and more! I love that I can get that healthy glow after giving my skin a refresh with one of the charcoal purifying masks plus my make up goes on so much easier now too! I am breaking down my daily routine here and talking about my favorite products from the line!

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4

For my daytime routine I wear the Chia Seed moisturizer every morning to keep my skin hydrated and happy. I love starting the day off with moisturizer because it adds an extra glow to my complexion before applying my make up and works all day to keep my skin from drying out!

Step 5

I finish by applying the BB cream with spf 30 in the color Venice for my daily makeup. The cream rubs in to match my skintone perfectly and I absolutely LOVE that it has sunscreen included in the formula. Step 6

On days where I feel like my skin needs a little extra pampering I like to use the Mermaid Cryosea peel off mask which always leaves my skin feeling refreshed and renewed. BeautyCon LA 2019: Pink Carpet Trends


This year I headed back to BeautyCon LA to spot all the latest new trends in the makeup and beauty industry straight from the pink carpet and now I'm bringing them to you! This year was all about color and several celebs showed up in their brightest neon looks with matching make up and accessories.

The festival has always been a place to put the spotlight on changemakers in the beauty and influencer industry and this year was no exception with a lineup of influential speakers including Tina Knowles Lawson, Priyanka Chopra, Kelly Rowland, Ariana Huffington and more! The theme coming from this year's speakers this year was "keeping it real" and many addressed the social media driven space beauty and influencer businesswomen work with reminding aspiring influencers in the audience that social media doesn't always reflect real life. Even the successful speakers and female business owners admitted that the hard work doesn't stop once you reach success and that women still have a long way to go when it comes to equality in leadership roles.
The main message everyone could agree on at the conference was that no matter who you are and what you're doing it's important to practice self love.

KAOHS Swimwear Fashion Show and Afterparty in Hollywood


The end of summer might be coming but here in LA we're still soaking up these long summer days. Last night KAOHS swimwear a trendy bikini line that's popular among celebs and models showcased their new line at an amazing fashion show held at The Casita in Hollywood.

The event was filled with fun photo ops and delicious appetizers that guests enjoyed while relaxing in the tropical paradise at the Casita.


The fashion show kicked off at 7 and KAOHS debuted their latest collection featuring leopard print designs and bright neons as well as some fun 80s inspired prints. There was a bikini for almost anyone on the runway as well as several adorable beach cover ups. Check out some of my favorite looks from the retro inspired collection on my Instagram! 
The party continued after the fashion show with a celebratory after party at the exclusive 1oak club in West Hollywood. The club is a favorite among celebs like Selena Gomez, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sophia Richie and many others! The fashion forward crowd filled the club and everyone celebrated with  music by DJ Jack Henry.

Live the Blonde Life: My Tips for Getting the Perfect Summer Beach Hair


This summer I decided it was time for an update to my hairstyle. Summer is definitely the time for a cut if you've been thinking about it because a shorter style can do wonders for keeping you cool on those hot summer days. I know I was ready for a style that could be quickly ready to go since I have a ton of summer travel plans and need an easy low maintenance do! I went to the experts at Kasai hair salon located in Manhattan Beach for the perfect playful beachy summer cut. Read all about my experience at the salon below to see how it came out!

I headed down to Manhattan Beach and arrived at the beautiful Kasai Salon where I got the full VIP treatment.




The salon has such a relaxing atmosphere and even has ocean views from their outdoor patio. My stylist gave me a great cut with these fun bouncy layers that made my hair feel so much lighter without looking too short! You can ask for this cut at Kasai by showing this picture and they will be able to easily recreate it!


They styled my hair giving me a blowout that lasted for the rest of the day as well and kept my hair feeling full! The salon is also launching a new line of products by celebrity hairstylist and owner Kasai. I got a sneak preview of the line which is currently only available in the salon but will be launching online soon! The line includes shampoos, conditioners, and hair masks for all hair types!



After getting my cut and style I headed down to the beach to enjoy the perfect sunny day! Everything stayed in place perfectly as you can see from my pictures! I love this cut and will be wearing it all summer with my favorite hair products from Joico.



I use the Blonde Life line to wash and condition my hair and love how this line works with my new haircut! Plus it smells amazing so that's an extra bonus! Blondes really do have more fun!

4th of July Style: Shine in Bold Stars and Stripes with My Favorite Summer Beauty Products



This fourth of July I am sharing some bold style inspiration along with my favorite beauty products for creating that glowing skin that will shine underneath the fireworks! I am obsessed with creating the perfect runway ready dewy skin look and I wanted to share my tips with you guys!


I paired this blue and white striped jacket with these bright red shorts and my favorite festive Kate Spade star print purse for an amazing patriotic and fierce outfit. The oversized jacket paired with shorts is one of my favorite street style trends of the summer. Finish it off with a pair of wedges for a polished look ready for a rooftop celebration with your friends!

For my makeup look I started with the Shiseido WASO skincare line to make sure my skin was plump and moisturized before applying make up. Then I started with my favorite Becca backlight primer which is my favorite product for prepping my skin because it really brings out the shine when I apply the rest of my products! I use Fenty matte foundation and this Shiseido blush that has a little sparkle in it. Then I add in my highlighter using my NYX contouring pallette. I blend together the gold and champagne colors for a nice natural summer glow.
For my eyes, I started out with my Tarte mascara and used my Desert Oasis Pallette from BH cosmetics. My favorite shade in this pallette is called quartz which I applied in the corner of my eyes, then I used the gold sparkly sands on my lids and the beautiful dark turquoise blue color in the corners. I used my Dior brow pencil in Strawberry blonde to highlight my brows.
For my lips I used the brand new Charlotte Tilbury hotlips 2 lipstick in Patsy Red. Then I added my Lip Bar rose gold lipstick on top for a golden shimmer.
